Olivier Giroud scored in his final match for AC Milan

Olivier Giroud scored in his final match for AC Milan on Sunday, helping the Rossoneri to a 3-0 win over Sassuolo. The 37-year-old Giroud, who is his country's all-time leading goalscorer in international football, is leaving AC Milan to join American Major League Soccer side Los Angeles FC.

Giroud, who left AC Milan to join Major League Soccer side LAFC earlier this month, has made 131 appearances for the Rossoneri, scoring 47 goals. He has also won the Serie A title and the Coppa Italia with the club.

Giroud's goal against Sassuolo was his 14th of the season in all competitions. He has been a key player for AC Milan this season, helping the club to secure a second-place finish in Serie A and reach the semi-finals of the Champions League.

Giroud is expected to make his debut for LAFC in July. He will join a team that also includes former AC Milan teammate Gareth Bale.
