How to Use Mupirocin Cream

Mupirocin cream should be applied to the affected area three times a day. The cream should be applied in a thin layer and rubbed into the skin. The area should be clean and dry before applying the cream.

Do not use mupirocin cream for longer than 10 days without talking to your doctor. If your symptoms do not improve after 10 days, call your doctor.
